Irfan Mohammed is the Chief Business Officer- Financial Services -Yubi and a Founding Member of the Vivriti Group. Instrumental in conceptualising and implementing the concept of Yubi marketplace, he has driven its adoption, since inception and scaled it to the current INR 65,000 Cr+ volumes. Irfan has led and pioneered debt raise  and due diligence for over 300 FIs across multiple asset classes over the last 12 years.

He has led many first of its kind and innovative debt structures for emerging asset classes and NBFCs. He has a deep expertise in credit underwriting, structured finance products, fintech solutions, co-lending strategy  and NBFC-banking partnerships.  As an industry expert, Irfan has spoken at various forums such as MFIN, Sa-dhan, NABARD, Rating agencies and CFA Society.  Prior to Vivriti, Irfan was the Partner and Head of Small Business Loans and Housing Finance at Northern Arc. He has completed his Masters in Business Administration from IRMA and masters in commerce from Osmania University and is also a CFA charter holder.

Anil Mehta is a distinguished leader in the financial services sector with over 40 years of experience driving innovation, inclusivity, and scalability in financial businesses. He is best known as the founder of India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd., a prominent housing finance company dedicated to extending credit to middle-income households, showcasing his commitment to financial inclusion. Mr. Mehta has held pivotal leadership roles at leading institutions such as Max Life Insurance, ANZ Banking Group, Bank of America, and American Express, where he spearheaded consumer credit and business growth initiatives. His expertise spans across financial services, business innovation, and building scalable systems that resonate with the needs of diverse markets. As an Independent Director on the Board of Yubi Group, Mr. Mehta leverages his deep understanding of the Indian financial landscape to contribute to Yubi's mission of democratizing capital flow. His insights are instrumental in strengthening Yubi’s strategic direction, ensuring a transparent and responsible debt ecosystem, and empowering lenders and borrowers across the nation. Additionally, Mr. Mehta serves on the board of Spocto X, a Yubi Group company and a leader in phygital debt collections, further enhancing his alignment with Yubi's vision of revolutionizing the debt lifecycle through technology.

Krishnendu Majumdar is the Chief Product and Tech Officer at Yubi. He is responsible for driving Yubi’s product and technology strategy, building new product verticals and fostering deeper synergies within teams – through data-oriented intelligent solutions. Krishnendu comes with extensive experience of 28 years, having served as Vice President of catalog and buying experience at Flipkart prior to joining Yubi. He has built large-scale systems for both B2B and B2C businesses in multiple leadership roles at InMobi, Yahoo , i2 Technoclogies, E*Trade Financials among others. The experience has allowed Krishnendu to be well-equipped to find simple and scalable solutions for complex scenarios such as logistics routing optimization or building a digital marketplace. Krishnendu’s experience transcends domains such as banking, online brokerage, supply chain management, advertising, and e-commerce. Krishnendu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
