As per the extant guidelines laid down by the Reserve Bank of India the Guidelines on Digital Lending dated 2nd September 2022, applicable on  All Commercial Banks, Primary (Urban) Co-operative Banks, State Co-operative Banks, District Central Co-operative Banks; and Non-Banking Financial Companies (including Housing Finance Companies) pertaining to digital lending, collection and other allied activities  wherein spocto qualifies as a Lending Service Provider (LSP)  as it carries out the outsourced function of recovery for these Banks and NBFCs .

For the compliance under the said guidelines

LSPs have links to Banks/NBFCs website where further/ detailed information about the loan products, the lender, the LSP, particulars of customer care, link to Sachet Portal, privacy policies, etc. can be accessed by the borrowers. It shall be ensured that all such details are available at a prominent single place on the website for ease of accessibility
